When Live Plus, an Athens-based real estate company that transforms city-center properties into co-living spaces, approached me for a rebrand, I was curious: Why go through the effort of redesigning, managing, and dealing with renters instead of simply flipping buildings, especially given the low point of the Greek real estate market (2016)? Through our conversations, it became clear that their vision was about something much bigger. This insight became the foundation of their new identity:
